We collect as little information as possible. This page explains what we do and don't do with it.

Who we are

PHPro, operating in England and Wales (legal entity details to be confirmed before launch), is the data controller for any personal information you choose to share with us.

What this website collects

This website does not have user accounts, contact forms or document uploads. The interactive “Find My Next Step” tool runs entirely in your browser. Your selections are used only to pre-fill a WhatsApp message and are not sent to or stored by us.

Our hosting provider may process standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and reliability purposes.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we will receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, phone number and details about where you are in your application. We use this only to provide the guidance you have asked for.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms. Messages are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and end-to-end encryption.

Sensitive documents

We do not ask you to send us your passport, DBS certificate, medical reports or similar sensitive documents. Where possible, these should be provided directly to the organisation that officially requires them (for example, the licensing authority, the DBS, or your medical provider). If you choose to share a document with us anyway, we will not keep it longer than needed to answer your question, and we will delete it afterwards.

SlotWatch interest list

If you ask to be told about SlotWatch (our planned training-place availability alerts), we record only your WhatsApp number, the name you give, the date and wording of your consent, and the purpose. We do not ask for identity documents, National Insurance or licence numbers. Reply STOP at any time and we delete your entry. Alerts are sent manually by PHPro, not automatically, and are never a reservation. Entries are deleted when the pilot ends or after 12 months of inactivity, whichever is sooner.

Legal basis

  • Contract — to provide the support service you have asked for.
  • Consent — the SlotWatch interest list; withdraw at any time by replying STOP.
  • Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and keep our service secure.

Retention

We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to help you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of City of Wolverhampton Council, the Disclosure and Barring Service or any operator, and provides guidance and administrative support only. Licensing decisions remain solely with the licensing authority.
