Pricing and consumer rights
Premium Guided Support is £249 one-off, the total consumer price, for one application and 90 calendar days of support. Council, DBS, medical and training fees are separate and paid by you. PHPro does not offer discretionary refunds. Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights are unaffected. Please review our Terms before purchasing. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are set out in our Terms.
